Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn is an American actress from America. Anna Gunn is an American actress. She also appeared in Jean Ward in The Practice as well as Martha Bullock in Deadwood. Born in Sante Fe, New Mexico in 1968 Anna Gunn fell in love with acting during Preparatory School before her family relocated to Ohio at the end of the 1970's. The theatre studies she pursued were through Northwestern University. A semester was completed in the British American Drama Academy. Anna had a brief stint working in Chicago the theatre before moving to film and TV roles. In 1992, Anna was offered her first big part in the role of Arden in 29 episodes of Down the Shore. She also guest-starred on the show. was on Seinfeld as well as NYPD Blue. It was not until the end of the 1990s that she took on the role of The Practice. In the mid 2000's she was given the role of Deadwood playing Martha Bullock for two full seasons. Skyler was her Breaking Bad role from 2008. Sully in addition to Deadwood was another movie she starred in. Gunn played in David Schwimmer's Sex With Strangers, a production directed by David Schwimmer. She was also a part of the podcast audio drama of four episodes The Numbered Days series, which made available in 2022. The romance that exists between Walter White and his wife Skyler is often the backbone of the narrative in Breaking Bad with the strained tension in their relationship, and eventually its demise echoing the same storyline of Walter White's last years of his life.
